  • Is Maximize Your Minutes right for me?
    If you’re tired of productivity systems that don’t fit, and you want a structure that’s adaptable, personalized, and proven—this is for you. You’ll walk away with a productivity rhythm that’s built to last.
  • What’s the schedule like?
    The Spring 2025 cohort of Maximize Your Minutes runs from April 7 to May 11, 2025. There are 3 sessions each week (Monday Lesson, Wednesday AMA, and Friday Focus Fix) and all take place at 12PM Eastern Time/9AM Pacific Time. The Monday and Wednesday sessions are recorded and made available for replay.
  • How long will I have access?
    You’ll have access to the full program—from the start of the Spring 2025 cohort until the start of the Spring 2026 cohort. That includes replays, resources, and updates. (You’ll also be eligible for a returning participant discount if you want to join again.)
  • What’s your refund policy?
    We offer a money-back guarantee—but only if you’ve attended (or watched) at least 3 live sessions and completed the first two weeks' worth of exercises. If you’ve done the work and still feel it’s not a fit, we’ll make it right.

What Happens Each Week?

Each week of Maximize Your Minutes is intentionally crafted to build on the last. You’ll move from clarity to customization—starting with foundational principles and ending with a system that’s fully your own. Whether you join live or catch the replays, this timeline gives you structure, support, and space to make lasting progress.
  • Week 0 (Starting March 31): Orientation & Intention Setting
    This is your pre-start runway. You’ll get oriented, set your intentions, and complete a short quiz to help you personalize your approach. It’s also the last call for anyone still on the fence to join the cohort. No live calls this week—just prep and priming.
  • Week 1 (Starting April 7): Time, Themes, and Thoughtfulness
    We begin by laying your foundation—identifying friction points, selecting frictionless themes, and learning how to align your energy, attention, and intention with TimeCrafting principles.
  • Week 2 (Starting April 14): Designing Your Daily and Weekly Flow
    We map out your recurring routines and begin shaping your Productivity Diet Blueprint. You’ll experiment with sustainable planning that reflects your real life—not an idealized version of it.
  • Week 3 (Starting April 21): Managing Energy and Attention Paths
    This week is all about aligning tasks with your attention levels. You’ll explore energy mapping, working modes, and how to design a day that supports your strengths.
  • Week 4 (Starting April 28): Tools, Templates & The Test of Durability
    You’ll explore tools that serve your process (not the other way around), learn how to adapt your system when life changes, and begin assembling your full Productivity Diet Blueprint.
  • Week 5 (Starting May 5): Integration and Intentional Progress
    This is where it all comes together. You’ll finalize your Blueprint, share insights, and get clarity on how to sustain your system—and evolve it. Plus, you’ll get tips on what to revisit and when.
