What each day looks like...

Day One
Reflection + Release

We start by stepping back. You’ll review where your time and energy have been going, identify what’s working—and let go of what’s not. It’s about clearing space mentally and emotionally to make room for what matters next.

Day Two
Alignment + Design

With space created, we shift into alignment. You’ll tune into your current season, energy, and context, then begin shaping a path forward. This is where clarity becomes action—and your plans start to fit your

life, not fight it.

Day Three
Clarity + Commitment

Now it’s time to commit. You’ll refine your focus, set sustainable pacing, and define your next steps. You’ll leave with a grounded plan and the confidence to move forward—calmly and clearly.

  • Who is The READY Retreat for?
    This retreat is for anyone who’s ready to stop spinning their wheels and start moving with intention. Whether you're overwhelmed, in transition, or just know something’s off, The READY Retreat is designed to give you the space, structure, and support to reset and realign.
  • How much time do I need to set aside?
    The retreat runs for 3 hours per day, over 3 days — a total of 9 hours. The sessions are designed to create momentum through intentional focus, not overwhelm. You’re not required to do extra work outside of the sessions unless you want to go deeper. (There is the pre-retreat Focus Fix session as well, which is two hours long.)
  • What time is The READY Retreat happening?
    The READY Retreat runs for three days: May 13–15, with live sessions each morning from:

    - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
    - 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)
    - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

    Bonus: There’s also a special Focus Fix prep session on May 12 from 9:00–10:00 AM PT / 12:00–1:00 PM ET, designed to help you prepare and clear the path before the retreat begins.

    All sessions are hosted on Zoom and will be recorded. You’ll have access to the replays for one full year.
  • What if I can’t attend all three days live?
    No worries. All sessions will be recorded, and you'll have access to the replays for a full year after the retreat. That means you can revisit the sessions whenever you need a reset—or catch up at your own pace if something comes up during the week.
